How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Kosovo: 1–2 business days

  • Albania & North Macedonia: 3–5 business days

  • International orders: Delivery times depend on postal traffic and local courier services. Most international orders are delivered within 2 weeks, although in some cases delivery may take up to 1 month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia: Cash on delivery and card payments

  • International orders: Card payments only

Do I need to pay customs fees?

  • Kosovo: No customs fees apply.

  • Albania & North Macedonia: In the vast majority of cases, customs fees are not charged.

  • International orders: Customs regulations vary by country. In some cases, orders may be held by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance procedures, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

For orders delivered in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, return requests must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered. Customers can contact us through our communication channels, including Instagram, email, or phone.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Both the original delivery fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

  • Customers are allowed to inspect and open their package before making payment upon delivery.

  • If you decide not to accept the product at the time of delivery (for example, due to size, appearance, or personal preference), you may reject the order without any additional charges.

  • Once an order has been accepted and paid for, any return will be subject to the return shipping costs mentioned above.

Returns, Refunds and Shipping

Returns -You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded and returning cost should be covered from your end.

Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping - We are committed to providing you with efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your orders arrive promptly and safely. Here are our current shipping timelines:

  • Kosovo: Enjoy speedy delivery with orders arriving within 24-48 hours.
  • Albania and North Macedonia: Expect your package within 3-4 days.
  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping with delivery times ranging from 4 to 12 working days, depending on the destination.
